Job Description:

A National Contract Manager position is vacant, based at our Gauteng Regional Office in Robertville, reporting to National Key Accounts Manager. The overall purpose of this position is to ensure that all contractual agreements are adhered to and that the Client’s needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all Security Officers on site meet the contractual requirements as stipulated by the Client.
  • Constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the Client regarding the improvement of services
  • Ensuring continuous assessment of the Client’s premises and minimizing as far as possible risk with regards to shrinkage and stock losses.
  • Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client with regards to security services rendered

Job Requirements:

  • NOSA\ISO Management experience.
  • Must have experience in risk management and doing risk management assessments and reports.
  • Experience in Quality Management System.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Real Estate Environment.
  • Matric certificate and should be Psira Grade B (min) registered and accredited
