Job Description:

To effectively manage the Groups’ Employee Benefits including Healthcare, Retirement and Risk.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To explore opportunities to the benefit of Clicks and its employees regarding benefits across all operating countries.
  • To manage queries and to effectively communicate information related to employee benefits funds and insurance.
  • To review and enhance the company’s benefits policies, manage SLA’s with internal and external stakeholders.
  • To review and optimise cost efficiency of benefits.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to Draft Policy documents
  • Knowledge and application of Legislation and administrative requirements relating to the distribution of Death and Disability claims
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a same or similar roleKnowledge of all Pension Fund Act /rules & Medical Aid Rules and PF 130 and PF circulars
  • Related tertiary qualification – Bcom or similar
